Barber Half Dollars, Quarters and Dimes

A collection of Barber era silver coins. The lot includes two half dollars, both from 1898, eight quarters and six dimes. The quarters have dates and mint marks for 1893, 1895, 1898, 1901, 1902, 1906D, 1907 and 1913D. The dimes have dates and mint marks for 1896, 1898, 1908, 1910, 1911 and 1912. All three coin types were designed by Charles Barber and have a metal content of 90% silver and 10% copper. The half dollars have a diameter of 30.6 mm and a mass of 12.5 grams, the quarters have a diameter of 24.3 mm and a mass of 6.25 grams, and the dime has a diameter 17.9 mm and mass 2.5 grams.
