Egyptian Style Stand with Decorative Wood Vessel
Item Details
An Egyptian style stand with decorative wood vessel. This unique item features a cone shaped balsa-like wood vessel in inverted orientation resting suspended atop a gold tone heavy metal three-leg stand. The wood vessel has a decorative filigree metal banding around the open top and a Near East style bulbous cap to the cone end. Stand is made of rounded heavy metal rails with curled top ends to the slightly arcing legs and two rings set in the lower half as stabilizing ties the anchor the legs together. The vessel, which lifts out of the stand, is filled with dried grass stems, florals, and woody branches. A matching piece as part of a pair is available, item 17CIN495-033.
