A rural village scene by J.V. Ruisdael. This monochromatic intaglio is signed in the plate to the lower right and presented under a single mat in a wooden frame with carved detail. It is protected by non glare glass and can be hung by a wire to the verso.

Condition

- yellowing due to age; damage to the paper backing; minor marks to the frame.
