A pastel drawing of masks by Indonesian artist Zaini (1926-1977). This drawing depicts two masks of traditional Indonesian style. The mask on the left is colored orange with double brows, a mustache, and a toothy grin. The mask to the left is beige in color, with double brows, a small mustache, and a more mild expression. Both masks are surrounded by a dark border and suspended in a field of blue. The piece is signed and dated (51) to the lower right. This drawing is presented in a gray-green mat behind glass, in a silver tone metal frame. To the verso, equipped to hang.
