Brass Seiko Mantel Clock

A Seiko Quartz shelf clock made in Japan. This shelf clock features a brass adorned with finials and green accents in columns to either side of the face, with a scroll detail beneath. It rests on four knopped feet which match the top finials. The clock face has gold tone Roman numerals over a green face with ornate clock hands, and is battery operated.
