Item Details
A collection of vintage porcelain. Included is a porcelain portrait plate with a young woman on it, surrounded by gold tone accents. This plate has the ‘Empire China’ backstamp.
The second piece is a smaller porcelain pot with a green glaze. A cartouche in the center of the pot features a scribe with her quill pen and paper, and wearing a red accented dress. The pot is shown with a glass lid. Gold tone accented butterflies flow around the neck of the pot. The backstamp on this pot is green, and reads ‘Austria’ The next pot is marked to the bottom ‘Warwick China’ and features all over, underglaze crazing. A floral design goes around the sides of the pot featuring delicate blue and yellow accented flowers, while the base and top have gold tone accents. The next piece is a hand painted, handled Nippon vase with a large floral design pictured on one side of the blue vase body. There is all over underglaze crazing to this vase. The green backstamp reads ‘Hand Painted Nippon’
Condition
Condition consistent with age and use, with paint fading throughout.
