Vintage Duncan Phyfe Style Mahogany Lyre Table

Item Details

A vintage Duncan Phyfe style mahogany lyre table. This rectangular top table with top leather inlay panel and gold tone rope border flips open on hinges to expand in surface area. The apron sides feature flame veneer and carved corner detail with lion head plates and ring handles. The table rises on two lyre posts rising on splayed legs with carved acanthus leaf knees terminating on brass cap feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.
