1950/Early 1960s Coca-Cola Sign

A 1950s/early 1960s Coca-Cola cardboard sign. The sign depicts a large bottle of Coke to the right, the left border has small bottles of Coke stacked. The catch phrase is ‘58 Million A Day’ with a red Coke button that has ‘Drink Coca-Cola in Bottles’. The large Coke bottle is compared to the Eiffel Tower, Mt. Everest, a jet, an air balloon and a rocket. The poster is not dated. Normally this poster has a bright yellow box printed with ‘Sign Of Good Taste’ in red lettering, this poster is a different version. It has a white border all the way around. The poster has been stapled to a wood frame with an acrylic cover.

Condition

- edge wear, tear at the bottom left corner. Poster is partially attached to the frame as some of the staples are missing.
