A set of eight Louis XVI style dining chairs. Each chair features a pediment over a cane back with curved stiles, custom cushions including Scalamandre silk cords and a cane inset seat. The chairs include scalloped aprons and rise up on cabriole legs with carved knees. Per the seller, these chairs were part of a French restaurant named Maisonette, located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Condition

- caning on one seat back has a small break, one seat will need to be re-caned as it is totally broken from frame; chairs are built solidly, but will need to have leveling feet put on as the chairs do not sit flush.
