1938 National Marbles Tournament Medal

An original cast bronze with a silver tone finish medal, presented by the Kiwanis at the 1938 National Marbles Tournament. The observe of the medal features a pair of boys playing marbles in front of a large crowd, all pictured in stark relief. A large eagle flies across the top of the medal. To the reverse, the medal reads ‘Championship Awarded To’ followed by a blank ribbon to be engraved. The medal has a navy blue ribbon. The medal does not have a top bar.

Condition

- to fair. Light patina across. Wear and fraying to ribbon, consistent with age.
