A charcoal and watercolor illustration on paper of a stage set, by an artist appearing to sign the work ‘T. Domela.’ This piece depicts a large barn-like space, with beds along the edges and a half-dressed woman standing, her arms behind her back, at a wide opening in one wall. The colorful work is rendered with careful lines and transparent washes of color, and includes a drawing of a heavy curtain along three sides. The piece, signed toward its lower right corner, is presented under glass in a red frame and has a wire to its verso for hanging.
