An Ink and watercolor on Paper entitled ‘Arapahoe.’ Portrait of a Native American by listed self-taught Western artist William Zivic (b.1930), created in 1976. Zivic was born in Michigan, but then relocated to Arizona in where his love for the American west and his artistic talents flourished. Depicted is a Native American man with feathers in his hair. He wears a beaded necklace and a necklace with a gold tone pendant. A remarque of a ax is present to the lower right of the piece. This work is signed and dated to the lower right corner. Work is presented in a white mat and wood frame.
