Antique and Vintage Porcelain Tableware Featuring Meissen and KPM
Item Details
An eleven piece assortment of antique and vintage porcelain tableware. Included in this group are a large shallow bowl with gilt border design that is marked with the KPM mark from Konigliche Porcelain Manufacturer of Berlin. Also included in this collection are an unmarked vase and a vintage saucer from Meissen. This pair is decorated with a glossy dark blue glaze and has an oval printed portrait of a man. Accompanying the ensemble is a floral decorated Grossbaum & Söhne compote circa 1890-1914 and four Meissen stands with shell moulding and gilded rims having underglaze crossed sword marks dating to the late 19th to early twentieth century.
Condition
- some wear to gilt trim; small chips to edge of largest plate; faint surface marks throughout.
