Collection of Vintage European Decorative Plates including Villeroy and Boch

A collection of eight vintage European decorative plates. Featured is a pair of Villeroy and Boch plates with pink vignettes of a couple under a tree and two men sharing a meal under a tree. The pair is marked ‘Villeroy, Tournay, France’ to the undersides. Included is a Bullfinch blue and red floral plate and an unmarked white, blue and red Asian inspired plate with floral and bird images marked ‘1416’. The collection also offers a set of four white scalloped plates with village scenes and floral rims marked ‘Obernai Aienceries Sarreguemines, France’ to the undersides.
Condition
- good, condition consistent with age and use, the measured plate is cracked, the set of 4 have two with chipped edges, the gold rimmed and red rimmed both show crazing and the red rim has paint loss on edges
