Item Details
A collection of 1970s Bing & Grondahl porcelain Christmas plates. This collection features ten plates in blue and white, most with a Christmas theme. The plates are dated between 1970 and 1977. Markings include ‘B&G/Copenhagen Porcelain/Made in Denmark’, with Pheasants in the Snow at Christmas marked limited edition 8000/9070. Also included is a plate commemorating Hans Christian Andersen’s The Ugly Duckling. It is marked ‘Desiree Denmark’.
Condition
- minor wear; dusty; three of the plates are identical with a cat motif.
