Circa 1950s Vintage Compacts and Accessory Purses
Item Details
A collection of circa 1950s metal make-up compacts and small carryalls. The five cases feature gold tone woven metals, scroll embossing and embellished designs. Included are a Coty lipstick and powder case, an Evans small case with a hideaway handle and a case with a lipstick holder marked ‘Northam Warren’. Also included are two unmarked cases featuring a small cigarette and lipstick holder with a rolled chain handle and a case embellished with a faux pearl and rhinestone starburst to the cover.
Condition
- minor markings, scratches and residues to all; one compact has a loose mirror
