A blended oil pastel drawing of buildings on deckle-edged paper, by an artist signing the work ‘P. Seltzer ’93,’ likely listed artist Phyllis Seltzer (born 1928). This piece uses vibrant colors to render a stylized skyline, formed into a J-like shape by large swathes of negative space. The piece is titled and signed along the lower part of the image and is floated behind acrylic glass in a gilt frame. There is a wire to the verso for hanging.
