This collection includes Maria Callas: The Woman Behind the Legend by Arianna Stassinopoulos (New York: Simon and Schuster, 1981), inscribed to the front endpaper ‘For Flo, with my warmest wishes, Arianna / 4th May 1981); a first edition of Kissinger by Marvin Kalb and Bernard Kalb (Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1974), inscribed to the half-title page ’To Davis & Catheryn Best Wishes Marvin Kalb’; and a first U.S. edition of Tom and Jack: The Intertwined Lives of Thomas Hart Benton and Jackson Pollock by Henry Adams (New York: Bloomsbury Press, 2009), inscribed to the title page ‘Harry Adams with my best wishes’. Also included is an unsigned copy of Ligi: A Lie in the Twentieth Century by Louise Ireland Grimes Ireland.
