The neck is encircled by some type of woven cloth or fiber, which is embellished with a curved horn and woven basketry objects. The waist is also encircled by a woven jute belt, holding a variety of objects including an animal horn, open-weave baskets, shells and a long shank of what appears to be coarse animal hair.
