Includes such cards with the stamps commemorating ‘The Spirit of 76’ stamp released in 1976, the Herkimer at Oriskany American Revolution Bicentennial stamp issued in 1977 and the Captain James Cook Pacific Explorations bicentennial stamp issued in 1978 as just a few highlights. The scrapbooks feature green and beige vinyl covers and clear plastic sleeves for storage.
