A mixed media piece on celluloid by Shaffer of a cityscape. The image depicted is of two tower buildings with clothes on wires strung between; artist signature is located in the lower right corner. This piece is housed behind acrylic glass with black mat in a gold-toned metal frame; saw-toothed hanging hardware to the verso for wall mounting.

Good – scratches are present to the frame.
