A collection of vintage vanity sets with small original art pieces. This listing features a French ivory vanity set made of celluloid, which is a type of plastic invented in the late 19th century to imitate ivory. It is characterized by a uniform pattern of parallel lines. This set includes a hand mirror, hairbrush, comb, lint brush, and two manicure tools. It is stamped “French Ivory” to the mirror, and “Ivoroy D” to the hairbrush. A silver plated set with a repoussé putti and foliate design, and a GemLite copper-tone set with applied foliate bouquets are also included. Three small original artworks include a handmade fabric art piece, a round domed art piece by Peter Watson’s Studio, and a silhouette portrait. All are presented framed under glass with hanging hooks to the versos.

- overall good vintage condition. Chip to the French Ivory comb end; overall yellowing and minor marks to the French Ivory pieces; wear to the copper tone handles with dings and marks to the mirror backs.
