Item Details

A Homan silver plate tea set with a E.G.W. & S. tray. The vintage electroplated nickel silver tray by the Elizur G. Webster & Son Company features a grape and foliage design to the rim and is marked ‘E.G.W. & S/EPNS/6485/15’ to the underside. A quadruple plate tea set by the Homan Manufacturing Company includes a teapot, two sugar bowls, and a creamer featuring an incised floral design. Each piece sits on four ornate legs. The teapot has the company hallmark and is marked to the underside ‘2242/ Special Metal’.

Condition

- heavily tarnished.
- tray is engraved to the center.
- one sugar bowl is missing the lid.
