Item Details
A ceramic relief composition of a pastoral scene. This work features a young couple dressed in billowing garments lounging beside a waterfall along with decorative flowers and doves. The two figures are rendered with soft, pastel hues in high relief set inside an oval tile. It is unsigned. The composition is presented on a light green velvet cushion housed in an ornate wood and gesso frame; fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- slight toning to edges of velvet cushion; dust present.
