A glass chip and dip plate by Heisey Glass. This piece features a round platter and attached dipping bowl with a silver-plated overlay to the edges and rim. The underside is embossed with a letter "H" within a diamond shape, which stands for Heisey. The lot also includes an Arthur Price English stainless steel spoon with a crisscross pattern to the handle.
