Federal Style Chest on Chest of Drawers by Pennsylvania House

Item Details

A Federal style chest on chest of drawers from the Medallion Collection by Pennsylvania House. It has two aligned drawers at the top, with a carved medallion in between them. These are set over three stacked drawers, which are again set over two stacked drawers. Each stack has a beveled border between them. It is raised on ogee bracket feet. Each drawer has gold tone bail on batwing plate, and the bottom set of drawers has a batwing escutcheon. The maker’s mark is to the interior of the drawer.
Matching dresser and mirror is item 17BAL110-025.
