Evelyn L. Liner Reverse Lucite Painting "Kodak Moment"

Item Details

A reverse Lucite acrylic painting titled Kodak Moment by contemporary artist Evelyn L. Liner, dated 1975. Signed by the artist to the upper right corner; signed, dated, titled, and cleaning instructions listed by the artist to the verso. Presented in a Lucite frame, fabricated around the piece by Infinity Systems who did many custom frames for art galleries in Cincinnati.

Evelyn L. Liner received her artistic training from the University of Cincinnati. Liner typically creates reverse glass paintings, rendered in vibrant colors. Her work has been accepted into a number of juried shows including the Bluegrass Open in Louisville, Kentucky, Summerfair, Cincinnati, Ohio, and the Dayton Museum Gallery Show. Along with juried shows, Liner’s work has been on display at several Cincinnati area institutions such as: Closson’s Gallery; Miller Gallery; and Malton Gallery.

Condition

- please be advised to not use ammonia products to clean the Lucite; minor wear to the frame.
