Vintage Beaded Handbags Including Whiting and Davis

Item Details

A group of four vintage beaded handbags. It includes a Whiting and Davis silver tone mesh sequin handbag with a silver tone metal top and clasp closure; the interior is lined in a cream color with a single pocket and bears the maker’s label to the metal and is also marked, ‘Made in U.S.A.’ Also included is a jet black beaded handbag with a silver tone ornate metal top, kiss clasp closure, and a chain strap. The smaller gold tone handbag features a faux mother of pearl design to the top, kiss clasp closure, and a gold tone strap; the interior is lined in yellow. The larger gold tone handbag features a floral motif design to the body, flap closure, and beaded strap. The interior is also lined in yellow and houses two pockets.

Condition

-some loose beads; slight odor; some thread pulls; light wear to interiors; silver bag has red stains to interior and some tarnishing to frame
