Morimura Bros. Japanese Bisque Doll

Item Details

A vintage bisque head doll from Morimura Brothers of Japan. The doll is in Victorian style, with an eyelet cotton bonnet atop long reddish brown hair, with a hand painted face with sleepy eyes, and has composition jointed arms and legs. The doll is dressed in a pale gray shirred dress, lacy slip and panties, cotton stockings and peach kid shoes. Marked to the back of the neck with the incised Morimura mark and ‘268’.
