Four Rookwood Plates
Item Details
A set of four Rookwood Pottery plates. The dodecagon or twelve-sided shaped plates are bone white with blue sailing ships and waves around the rim. Each is marked to the verso with the reverse ‘RP’ hallmark, an incised ‘M 33’, and the X marking the pieces as seconds.
Condition
- pitting to the finish is evident.
- marked as a second with an incised X.
