1924 Rookwood Pottery Plates
Item Details
A pair of 1924 Rookwood Pottery plates. The dodecagon or twelve-sided shaped plates are bone white with blue sailing ships and waves around the rim. Each is marked to the verso with the Rookwood flame mark, pattern No. 2701 H, the year XXIV, and the incised X marking the pieces as seconds.
Condition
- pitting marks to top.
- several areas are unglazed.
- blemishes to top with dark specks.
- marked as seconds with an incised X.
