A pair of original 1930s lithograph tourism posters. This pair includes a poster advertising Lucerne Beach in Switzerland. This poster depicts a woman in a red bathing suit and white sailor’s cap resting on the beach with a red umbrella. In the background are two other bathers, a bright blue lake, and mountains. This print is signed in-print to the lower right corner ‘O.L.’ and is housed in a yellow frame. Also included is a print advertising Soviet Armenia. This print depicts a tall arched railway with an antique car passing beneath it. In the background are rolling hills and mountains with green crops and a town nestled in-between. The print is marked to the lower right in-print ‘H-tatourist’ and features an additional stamp reading ‘Printed in USSR (Russia).’ This print is housed in a reddish-brown wooden frame.
