A reproduction oil painting on canvas after an original painting by 19th century artist Jean Beraurd (French, 1849-1936). It depicts a group of can-can dancers performing at an elegant soiree. The piece is hand signed ‘C. Gladstone’ to the lower right and presents in a heavily carved giltwood frame with a mounting wire to the verso.
