An early Hummel ’Shepherd’s Boy’ Erphila marked porcelain figurine. This unique figurine depicts a young boy with a lamp in his arms and one at his feet in bold hues. The underside is embossed with a Goebel marking from 1935-1949, ‘5877’, ‘Made W. Germany’, along with a sticker from Erphila. Erphila was a Philadelphia based business that imported only the finest porcelain from Germany.
Condition
- Condition is consistent with age and shows signs of light wear.
