Vintage Marusan Tin Litho Wind Up Toy

Item Details

A vintage tin litho wind up toy from Marusan Toys (San). The Japanese made toy features a bubble blowing boy. The boy head and right arm move up and down with his bubble wand dipping in and out of a bowl. The wand is pressed to the boys puckered lips to blow bubbles. The boy is clad in red overalls and hat with a black, blue and yellow plaid shirt. The boy is standing on a ribbed base. marked to the reverse with the maker’s mark. Wind key and on/off switch are on the boys back.
