Item Details

A late 19th-century English fork and knife dessert set in a velvet lined, hard shell case. The flatware set includes dessert knife and forks for six and two additional knives and one fork in a similar pattern and design. All pieces have silver plate necks, blades and tines with lustrous mother of pearl handles. The set of six are decorated with hand etched floral knife blades and zig zag patterns in the forks. The extra pieces feature an etched grapevine motif. The set is presented in a velvet lined case.

Condition

- scratches, marks and signs of use present in all pieces; the case is missing the knife terminal holder and has been replaced with individual nails.
