A hand knotted Persian Hamadan Jozan accent rug. The central design features a large diamond form pendant medallion with detailed repeating floral herati pattern and stylized botanical motifs on a rich ivory field. The compound border features an outer border with an undulating palmette, vine and flower motif on a field of olive green, flanked by carnation floral bands in the field colors. Design accents are rendered in hues of pink, blue, crimson and tan. It has overcast edges and long, thick white cotton fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
