A handmade cornhusk doll titled The Quilter by Ellen S. Goode of Indian Camp Creek Handicrafts. This doll depicts a pioneer woman making a Southwest inspired quilt. The doll features a cornhusk frame with sheep’s wool hair, a handmade quilting loop, and an antique quilt square atop a round wooden base. It is hand signed ‘Ellen S. Goode #043/ March 1994’ to the underside and presents with its original handmade tag under a glass dome.
