Popolin, a native of Cincinnati, has a BA in Fine Arts from Marietta College in eastern Ohio, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic neighborhood and arts district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati. Popolin’s art is influenced by travels and life experiences in Boston, Cape Cod, the Caribbean, New York City, Northern California, the United Kingdom and extensive travels throughout Europe and the United States.
