An antique marquetry rocking chair, circa early 20th century. The wooden, mahogany-stained frame features a curved top rail supported by turned stiles, high armrests with scrolled handholds, a shaped seat, and turned legs with an H-stretcher support. It features an elaborate inlaid design to the urn-shaped splat and is marked “6641” to the underside of the seat.
