Item Details
A mid-century oil painting on canvas board by American artist John Bordiuk (20th-century). The piece depicts two small green birds perched on the branches of a yellow and green flowering tree. The work is signed ‘Bordiuk’ in green paint to the lower left. It is presented without glass in a cream and yellow bamboo-motif wooden frame with a tan linen liner to the front and a sawtooth hanger to the verso. A similar piece can be found under Item #17CIN450-141.
Condition
- foxing and staining present throughout canvas board and linen liner; wear, scratching and staining to frame; tears to frame’s backing paper; sticker to lower left of frame; item would benefit from cleaning.
