A large neoclassical-style area rug. This Indian-made wool rug is cross-stitched in a palette of heathered charcoal, olive, camel, and cinnamon. It features a damask pattern in olive over a charcoal-colored field. The field is framed by broken borders featuring corner cameos and acanthus detail. Selvedges are overcast. Ends finish with ivory cotton warp fringe. The rug is unlabeled.
