A signed limited edition hand-colored etching on wove paper by well-listed contemporary American printmaker David Olson (New Hampshire/Indiana, born 1943), titled Indian Paint Brush. The print depicts one of the spindly blossoms rising in bright pops of orange from a thin green stem. It is printed in sepia-toned ink with green and orange watercolor embellishments. The print is signed, titled, and numbered 28/150 in pencil to the lower margin. It is matted in pale gray and presented behind glass in a wooden frame with brown and silver tone finishes and a hanging wire. A sticker from Cincinnati’s Closson’s Gallery is attached to the verso.
