Robert Lackney Acrylic-Accented Giclee "Keeneland Sketch"

An acrylic-accented giclee on paper by contemporary American architect and experimental artist Robert Lackney (20th/21st century; Danville, Kentucky), titled Keeneland Sketch and alternatively titled Jumper in Blue to the verso. The piece depicts a jockey in a bright purple jacket riding away from the viewer on a chestnut horse. The horse is printed using giclee printing methods, and the jockey’s form is painted in thick, textured strokes of acrylic paint. The piece is signed twice, titled, and numbered ‘#1869’ by hand in ink to the lower margin. It is presented behind glass in a black acrylic frame. A certificate of authenticity from the artist is attached to the verso; it is signed. Please see the links below for more information.
