Burke "Tulip" Modernist Dining Set

Item Details

A Mid Century Modern dining set, including a table and seven chairs, by Burke, after Danish Modern designer Eero Saarinen’s ‘Tulip’ tables and chairs. The table has an oval top in faux wood laminate, which can be expanded with two insert leaves, and stands on a black metal tulip style flared pedestal base. The chairs have white fiberglass shells and white metal four leg bases, and do not swivel. Two of the chairs have padded, light gray vinyl upholstered seats.

- fair; scratches and wear; cracks to vinyl; loss to veneer on table top
