Pair of Visconti Mollica Capodimonte Ceramic Baskets Circa 1974
Item Details
A pair of vintage Capodimonte ceramic baskets. There are two matching ceramic pieces circa 1974 in shades of tan and cream with a basket weave construction and pastel pink and green sculpted flowers to the front. The largest piece has a label that reads ‘Ceramiche Porcellane Visconti Mollica Capodimonte Made in Italy’. Both pieces have blue marks to the underside and gold-tone labels that read ‘Premio Europeo Mercurio D’Oro 1974’. The label is translated ‘European Mercury Gold Award 1974’.
