A Von Schierholz compote porcelain. This compote is made by Von Schierholz Porcelain of Germany. It features children picking golden apples from an elaborate tree which is covered in delicate flowers of many colors, also highlighted in gold paint. The compote bowl at the top is detachable from it’s base, and the maker’s mark is to the bottom of the base with a mark used by the company between 1910-1930.
