Vintage Handmade Lenci Felt Doll

Item Details

A vintage handmade Lenci felt doll. Features a pressed and hand painted felt construction to the body with brown hair and eyes. The doll is wearing a beige button down shirt with dark brown tie and medium brown shorts with beige belt and shoes and white socks. The original paper hang tag is attached and it is marked Certificato di Origine Lenci No 910953. The doll includes its original paperwork and box from Lenci. Lenci operated in Turin, Italy, from 1919 – 1944.

Condition

- original box and all paperwork included
- light wear to the box and paper hang tag noted
- some discoloration to the doll, clothing and accessories noted, commensurate with age
