An oil painting on panel by Texas artist Rod L. McGehee (20th/21st centuries). The piece depicts a Fauvist-inspired Grecian landscape of blue-domed white buildings that line the coast of Santorini, rendered in a vibrant palette of blue, green, white, pink and red. The work is signed ‘McGehee’ in grey paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a gold tone wooden frame with decorative foliate gesso embellishments to the front and hanging wire to the verso.
