An offset lithograph on paper titled Le Panier de Pommes after an original work by well-listed artist Louis Icart (1888-1950). The print features a woman walking through a garden, carrying a basket of apples. She is depicted biting into one of the apples as her dress falls away, revealing her breast. The title and artist’s name are inscribed in-plate to the lower right. The print is presented behind glass in a wood and gesso frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- several chips to frame; wear throughout frame’s finish; frame glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light wrinkling to print.
